Brandeis National Committee is dedicated to providing philanthropic support to Brandeis University, a distinguished liberal arts and research university founded by the American Jewish community. Its membership is connected to the university through fundraising and through activities that reflect the values on which the university was founded: academic excellence, social justice, nonsectarianism and service to the community.
Men and women in BNC chapters throughout the country have raised more than $120 million to support this extraordinary university. The Boca Raton Chapter of BNC was first chartered in 1976. Most of our chapter's 100 plus members are not alumnae of the University and have no personal ties to it other than a desire to support a world-class university.
Since its founding, our chapter has helped raise millions of dollars to support the University’s libraries, student scholarships and advanced science research programs, including BNC’s Science Research Laboratory for Neurodegenerative Diseases. In addition to fundraising, we participate in a variety of informative, intellectually stimulating and enjoyable programs and events.
