If you want uninterrupted mailings of the Boca Raton Chapter Bulletin, and you want to receive your fall study guide in timely fashion, please complete the form below and mail it immediately to: Ellie Mero, 22821 Windsor Wood Court, Boca Raton, FL 33433, or email [email protected].  Doing so promptly will ensure that you receive your Fall Study Guide and Bulletin in a timely manner and the chapter will not have to incur the expense of re-sending it to you.  You must notify us EACH YEAR of any address changes!!!

Bulletins are not forwarded by the post office, so please notify us each year of your correct mailing address and dates both on departing the area and upon returning.
